Sonca Nguyen
Co-Founder, Head of Artist Management & Songwriter
Holding down the business side, Sonca Nguyen plays her role as Co-Founder and Head of Artist Management at Crush Records Collective. Her goal is to make great music with great people, to grow and collaborate in songwriting and engineering, and to create opportunities for young, unknown, undiscovered talent. In addition, Sonca acts as Playlist Curator and Writer for Crowdsurfer Magazine, Assistant Manager and Staff Engineer at Shock City Studios in Saint Louis, MO., and Artist Management Intern with Brooklyn Basement Records in Nashville, TN. With growing credits on PBS Nine Network, Adidas, Duolingo, Honda Knoxville, Hot 104.1, KDHX STL, Flanelle Magazine, The Saint Louis Cardinals and more.
Joshua ‘‘Paco’’ Lee
Co-Founder, Head of Creative Production & Artist
Paco began his education in music at the young age of 14 putting his attention solely on developing his songwriting and production skills. Today, Paco self-produces and writes his own music while also playing the role of in-house producer and writer for Crush. Mentored under Saint Louis native soul-singer, Brian Owens and Grammy award-winning artist and producer, Courtney Orlando Peebles (JR), he credits his growth, development, and evolution from his mentorship experience. His accolades include opportunities with The Saint Louis Symphony, The Saint Louis Cardinals, and The Pulitzer Arts Foundation. Paco’s goal is to now continue his growth as a musician as well as provide others with a medium to likewise experience the same opportunities he has been given access to.
Christopher Daniel

Christopher Daniel is a truly diverse, lyrical, and thoughtful genius. He strives to embed meaning into his art and avoid predictability. Always one to switch things up, Chris can seamlessly transition from a gruff New York style into a more melodic, pop infused approach. He places specific importance on pulling from experience and recounting what has actually happened in life while also sharing what’s most valuable to him; his faith. Chris joined the Crush Records Collective team in 2020 and has become an invaluable member of the family. He’s been a part of collaborative projects with organizations such as the St. Louis Cardinals, Matthew-Dickey’s Boys & Girls Club, and the St. Louis Symphony.
Jack Pordea
Signed Artist & Songwriter
A St. Louis born Romanian-American, Jack Pordea grew up in two different worlds. The first part of his life was spent in the mountainous city of Brasov, Romania learning classical piano and curating a deep love and passion for music. From there, he and his family returned to his mother’s native city of St. Louis where he had the privilege of making music for critically acclaimed organizations such as Life Arts, The Thread, PBS, and the St. Louis Cardinals. In 2020, he joined Crush Records Collective with hopes of further developing and sharing his love for people and music alike.
